The birth of digital cameras.
The human being has always felt the need to stop time and memory through images.

Initially they were landscape paintings and portraits by painters, who took time and care to bring out every single detail, at the same time the represented subject was forced to pose for long hours. Over the past two centuries, through the study and birth of new technologies, man has significantly reduced image capture times in a single click.

Evolution of digital photography.
Digital photography has been used by analog photography, specifically the advantages have been many. We photographed on perfect film it was once we did a few. The photographer must take into account certain aspects such as ISO sensitivity and darkroom development, fundamental elements for the success of a photograph that works out only after the development of the film. Today all this has been solved by the technological revolution of these appliances. With Digital cameras we do not need to change the rollers to obtain different ISO sensitivities, we just need a ring in all cases of highly advanced cameras to achieve high high ISO. All digital cameras are provided by a small screen that shows the photo immediately after shooting, if it is not a pleasure it is possible to delete and immediately take another change from the camera settings. Digital cameras have led to a constant increase in the use of photography, the easy use has the use of more and more massive cameras, during holidays or at parties. Taking a photograph is easy to understand even if the "Auto" mode is not defined.

Memory card.
The rollers gave the possibility to take from 14 to 36 photographs, with the memory cards the capacity is measurable in Gigabyte. This change is one of the most significant innovations of the transition to digital, in terms of space, time and risk.

The importance of the digital format: RAW, JPG or TIFF.
- RAW is an uncompressed file format similar to a negative. Recording the file in this format allows you to keep all the information of a shot, therefore color, sharpness and contrast. These factors are illustrated by photography in post-production through the aid of programs such as Photoshop or Lightroom.

- The JPG is a compressed file and therefore very light, suitable for those who take photographs that will not be reworked. This format is appropriate for anyone who needs to export photos directly to the web.

- TIFF is the right compromise between RAW and JPG. Keep all the information on the image, which is why it is the right choice for those who want to make quality prints. Editing in a TIFF file is better than in a JPG and lower than in a RAW format.
