Mirrorless cameras.
Mirrorless cameras are the right compromise for those who want an impeccable and professional photographic result, which generally only digital SLR cameras are able to offer. The advantage of these machines lies in the internal structure, deprived of the mirror which is a fundamental component since the invention of the camera and in reflex systems. The Mirrorless are compact and light but at the same time produce very high quality photographs. With the lack of the mirror what the eye sees in the monitor or in an electronic viewfinder is sent directly to the sensor. This small size camera is very light and suitable for those who love to travel and do not want to carry excessive weights.
The Mirrorless system: the consequence of the change of draft and the introduction of the new bayonet.
The difference between traditional SLRs and the Mirrorless system is the draft. The latter corresponds to the distance, significantly reduced in the Mirrorless due to the lack of the mirror, between the focal plane and the attachment point of the bayonet lens. This factor has led the manufacturers of the innovative Mirrorless machines to insert a new bayonet system: In the case of the Olympus and Panasonic brands, the "micro-trotter system" has been introduced, in Samsung the bayonet is called "Nx system", the Sony attack is "e-Mount", for Fuji the "X-Mount" system and the bayonet of the Nikon Mirrorless "Nikon Type 1"
From reflex to mirrorless: it is possible with adapter rings for lenses.
On the Mirrorless system it is possible to mount any reflex lens thanks to the adapter ring, which allows to bridge the distance between the focal plane and the attachment point of the lens, the only disadvantage lies in the loss of the lens automatisms, such as focus automatic or iris adjustment.
Matabones adapters
The Matabones house has produced adapters that allow Canon lenses to be attached to Sony and Fuji Mirrorless machines, while keeping the optics automations intact.
